1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional cleaning services including:

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Office cleaning

  • Strata cleaning

  • Airbnb cleaning

  • Builders cleaning

  • Residential cleaning

Service availability may vary based on location and schedule.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or in writing.

  • You must provide accurate information (property size, access details, service requirements).

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are provided based on the information supplied. Additional charges may apply for extra tasks not included in the original quote.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST.

  • Payment is required:

    • Residential services: immediately upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Commercial/Strata contracts: as per invoicing terms stated in agreement (e.g., 14 or 30 days).

  • Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • If our team cannot access the property (locked out, incorrect details), a call-out fee may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Inform us of any hazards, health risks, or special cleaning requirements.

  • Ensure electricity and running water are available during service.

  • Remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas (we take care, but accidents may occur).

7. Our Commitments

We will:

  • Provide services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence.

  • Use safe and professional cleaning equipment and products.

  • Comply with workplace health & safety standards.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • We are fully insured for public liability.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

    • Items not secured or left in unsafe conditions.

    • Loss or damage arising from inaccurate booking details provided by the customer.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We may offer a re-clean of the affected area at no extra charge.

  • Refunds are only issued at our discretion.

10. Health & Safety

  • Our staff follow strict workplace safety standards.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., biohazards, dangerous environments).

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
